Yoga as a life style

Have you had that feeling in the morning when you wake up and you do not know the purpose of life is? I still do not have the answer to that question, however in the morning nothing is better than a cup of coffee and an energizing breakfast. We have one life , so we have to enjoy every second. The relaxation that yoga provides to the body is another feeling that does not have comparation. Yoga is an excellent workout to control the excess of stress. Stress is very dangerous for the human body. As teenagers we have to face a lot of problems, psychological problems and also health problems. Yoga is a combination of relaxation and also an excellent workout that helps me personally to feel the same level of relaxation, and I also can feel the same level of exercising as one hour at the gym. The best of two worlds.

I had to do a research paper in which I can find answer to my questions. How to be an adult and get used to the responsibilities that comes with it . I found an article where I found some excellent reasons for why yoga has an amazing impact in our daily lives, as college students or a teenagers. Us as adolescents, including myself , do not know what to do with our lives, and we have questions, questions that we have not found answer to. We tipically have a lot of stress, because we starting having financial responsibilities. We also have to balance time, between school and work. I do not know if I am the only one who finds this as a huge struggle, because work I do not want to know anything about school or school work. After a long day I just want to be in my bed sleeping. Recent studies shows substantial escalation of phycological problems, such as anxiety, panic attacks, and several stress on American campuses. We can say that all the stress of having to manage all that has a huge impact in the human body; this is something that we have to take care of this problem. A study to measure the efficiency of yoga on college students , on the test were taking care of different factors. The factors are that all participants completed baseline demographic measures and psychosocial functioning and behavioral health measures, including stress, depression and anxiety symptoms, emotion regulation, self-regulation, interoceptive aware- ness, sexual risk taking behavior, avoidance of exercise, and diet.

The test gave results of a study that provides preliminary feasibility and different outcomes for yoga for college students. Intervention ratings suggested that yoga may be more desirable to provide opportunities to establish a healthy lifestyle and coping patterns are heightened. Future research regarding differential out- comes and intervention ratings with a larger sample size are guaranteed.

Yoga, in my own experience, helped me to relax after a hard day. Sometimes I go to a yoga session after a workout at the gym. Yoga helps me to control my stress and meditate about what I did wrong and what I did right during the day; thinking about what I need to improve on. The study provides accurate information about yoga, because personally yoga helped me a lot during the first year of collage. The instructors from Core power yoga helped me to pushed myself to the limits. Yoga provide me a safe place inside of me; a place where I can think and also where a can see who I really am.
